Painting!
Very excited to get an unexpected email with pictures from our PM today letting us know that they have started painting and should begin trim either Friday or Monday! I just want to say I am REALLY happy with the communication we get from our PM, (and our SR) I know saying these guys are busy is the understatement of the year but they do a great job of making us feel like we are the only clients they have, seriously.

Painting?!?! How exciting! Isn't it so nice to receive great customer service? I wish Ryan Homes made that a focus, that seems to be a big determining factor on people's overall experience.
ReplyDeleteI know I was pretty shocked! I couldn't agree more, going through a build (although it does seem to move quickly) isn't a fast process at all, and you have to deal with ryan homes personnel much longer than you would if you were simply buying an existing home, so having a good working relationship seems to make all the difference. I know our SR and our PM are Ryan homes employees with their company's interests first, however they really have done their best in working with us. We got pretty lucky here!
