• 22 Apr 14- Appointment with LO for NVR mortgage application
• 28 Apr 14- Appointment with Guardian rep at model home
• 6 May 14- Appointment with Guardian and CTI
• 29 May 14- Loan approval
• 13 Jun 14- Pre construction meeting
• 16 Jun 14- Locked in our mortgage rate
• 25 Jun 14- Construction scheduled to begin!
